Vacant
Home Service- For pre-vacuumed carpeting with mild to
medium soiling, your price .18 per sf. If you would like, our
technician will pre-vacuum for your convience, at .21 per sf.
For carpet heavily soiled the cost is .20 - .25 per sf. (This
sevice is available only for vacant homes.)

Budget
Service- This requires that you pre-vacuum your carpeting
and remove all the furniture you would like to move, we will go
around whatever is left. The technician will clean all open areas.
We will pre-treat for spots and general soiling, we will use a
fresh steam cleaning rinse to remove all trace of cleaners and
then the technician will groom the carpeting. .22 per sf
To qualify for the "Most Thorough Cleaning Or It's Free" guarantee,
the technician may need to use a rotary extractor. If the technician
deems this necessary they will advise you for this service
the cost of the cleaning will be .27 per sf.

Value
Service- We will pre-vacuum your carpeting. We ask that
you remove all of the small pieces of furniture (pictures, plants
nick nacks, and lamps and such) before the technician arrives.
He will move the sofa,loveseat, chairs, tables ect... and clean
under it, replace those pieces of furniture and place them on
protective blocking or plastic tabs. Or you may have us move each
peice of furniture that we can, at a charge of $5.00 per piece
.33 per sf.
To qualify for the "Most Thorough Cleaning Or It's Free" guarantee,
the technician may need to use a rotary extractor. If the technician
deems this necessary they will advise you, then the cost of
this service would then be .38 per sf.

Gold
Service- This requires that you remove lamps, plants and
clear surfaces of furniture to be moved. We will pre-vacuum your
carpeting. Move the furniture, clean under it, replace those pieces
of furniture and place them on protective blocking or plastic
tabs. We will also apply a protectant, Scotchgard or Teflon Protectant,
to your carpeting. For this service the price is .41 per sf. If
the technician deems necessary, we will rotary extract, your rate
will then be .46 per sf.
If we will be moving beds please have them stripped of bedding.
If we will be moving dressers please remove the drawers.
If we will be moving a china cabinet please have it emptied of
contents.
The above request is due to our liability insurance, we are not
allow us to move stereos, computer equipment, pianos, or antiques.

Benefits
of Carpet Protector- Carpet Protector will last 6 months
to 2 years depending on traffic and soiling not dependant on cleaning.
1. Resists soil. Soil does not adhere readily to treated
fibers. Treated carpeting, rugs and upholstery remain cleaner
